To be able to place an order, the customer must be over 18 years old and is obliged to provide reliable data that allow the correct processing of the purchase.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
In the event that a prepaid order is returned to INMUNOPREVENT for reasons not attributable to INMUNOPREVENT or the transport company, INMUNOPREVENT will reimburse the customer for the amount paid for their order, discounting the costs of shipping and returning it. Prepaid orders are those whose payment has been made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
The customer can choose to be reimbursed through the original payment method, or through a rebate coupon that can be applied to a future order. This coupon will be valid for a period of 12 months, counted from the date of its creation. Once this period has elapsed, no other type of refund can be made. In the event that the original payment was made by bank transfer, the customer must provide their bank details so that the refund can be made.
If the transport company is responsible for the failed delivery and the return of the order, regardless of the selected payment method, the customer must send us a written claim that will be analyzed by the transport company. If the problem in the delivery of the order is due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address, the customer must attach a proof of the address to their claim (eg gas, water or electricity bill).
The solution that INMUNOPREVENT will present to the client will depend on the response provided by the transport company. Therefore, in cases of claims related to the transport service, we can only offer a solution to the customer when we have obtained a response from the transport company. If the transport company assumes full responsibility for the return of the order and if all the items initially ordered are still available, we will propose to the customer to resend the order without additional costs. The customer may also opt for a full refund of the amount paid instead of a replacement order. If the transport company does not assume responsibility, we will not be able to accept the claim and therefore we will not be able to send a replacement order. The corresponding refund will be subject to the terms mentioned above in relation to orders returned for reasons beyond the control of INMUNOPREVENT or the transportation company.
RETURNS:
If the customer wishes to return one or more products, they can do so within 14 days of receiving the order, as long as the product (s) is (are) intact, sealed (s), complete (s) and in the original package. Packages that show signs of having been damaged or altered will not be accepted. The customer must ensure that the product (s) to be returned arrive at our facilities within a period of 28 days, counted from the date of delivery of the order.
To exercise their right to return, the customer must contact our customer service. The customer must specify the order number, description or reference number (s) of the product (s) to be returned, and how the refund will be made. The customer can choose to be reimbursed through the original payment method or through a discount coupon. This coupon will be valid for a period of 12 months, counted from the date of its creation. After this period, no refund can be made.
The customer must bear in mind that, if the product to be returned was associated with a promotional campaign and his purchase allowed to include an additional product for free in the order, he will have to proceed to return the two products, the purchased the free one. A pack, made up of several products, can only be returned in its entirety. Therefore, if the customer wishes to return a product purchased as part of a pack, he must proceed to return all the products included in that pack. All products must meet the criteria mentioned above.

Returns of incomplete, damaged products, with signs of having been used or without the original packaging and / or labeling, are not accepted.
If we receive an item in any of the conditions mentioned above or with the label of the transport company attached directly to the corresponding package, the client will lose the right to be reimbursed and will have 10 days to collect the item from our facilities, taking charge of the expenses derived from it.

Is it safe to pay on the website with my card?
IMMUNOPREVENT uses an innovative mechanism to detect and prevent fraudulent actions. This solution allows verifying the authenticity of payments made on the Internet, safeguarding, at the same time, the integrity and security of customer data, as well as their identification.
This degree of security is possible with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, which encrypts the communications made between the client's computer and our server, so that they cannot be intercepted. As such, INMUNOPREVENT reserves the right to refuse payment for a transaction that is considered illicit. Each and every one of the activities considered illegal will be immediately communicated to the competent authorities.
3D Secure
3D Secure is a communication protocol developed to improve the security of payments on the Internet and enable the authentication of the credit card holder by the issuing bank. When making a payment in an online store, a procedure is activated that verifies if the credit card used is valid. If this is the case, the security systems associated with the 3D Secure protocol verify the identity of the customer, using the credit card issuer in real time. This validates the identity of the customer and informs the store system that the card used is legitimate.
The objective is to protect credit card holders, reducing the probability of fraudulent use of their cards and improving the development of the transaction. This protocol is used by Visa, with the designation "Verified by Visa" and by Mastercard, with the designation "SecureCode".
How are credit card payments processed?
After selecting the credit card payment option and clicking on 'Place order', the customer will be directed to the Redsys payment platform where they must indicate the required data of their credit card, such as the number, the date of expiration date and security code. Finally, clicking on the 'I validate my payment' button will start the transaction.
If the payment is not accepted, an error message will appear in the shopping cart window. In that case, it is recommended to try the operation again. If the problem persists, we recommend that the customer contact their bank or credit card issuer for more information.
Once the payment is completed, the amount will be charged to the customer's credit card. If, for any reason, it is necessary to cancel the order, either totally or partially, we will refund the corresponding amount within a maximum period of 5 business days. The transaction will be reflected on the customer's credit card statement after 2 business days, counted from the refund date.
To protect our customers from possible fraud, we may request additional information to facilitate payment validation. If such a request is made, but we do not get a response within 3 business days, we will cancel the order and proceed to refund the payment.
Attention: Payments are always made in euros, even if prices are shown in other currencies. Some banks may charge fees for currency conversion. IMMUNOPREVENT is totally alien to this procedure and does not accept responsibility for it.

By choosing this option, the customer will not need to access the PayPal website when placing future orders. Payment will be automatically charged to the PayPal account used when subscribing to this option.
At any time, the customer can access his PayPal account through www.paypal.com and cancel this service. To do this, you must go to Profile> My money> My payments with prior approval. A list of all pre-approved payments will be displayed and from there, the customer can simply cancel the payment option associated with INMUNOPREVENT.

In case the customer prefers not to pay for the order at the time of placing it, he can choose to make the payment later by bank transfer. We will only proceed to send the order once we have the bank confirmation that the transfer has been made effective in our account.

AGAINST REIMBURSEMENT
The use of this service is subject to a charge issued by the NACEX courier company and equivalent to 3.00% + VAT calculated on the total amount of your purchase.
BANK DOMICILIATION - SEPA CORE
The use of this service is subject to the remission by the client of the SEPA Direct Debt Domiciliation Order model duly completed and signed by the account holder or attorney-in-fact and its acceptance by INMUNOPREVENT.
To do this, the buyer must send said direct debit order, by email to INMUNOPREVENT at the email address contact@inmunoprevent.com and their commitment to notify said order to their bank.
Information about our fast and cheap shipments:
INMUNOPREVENT will send the customer's order the same day it was placed, provided that it is done on a business day until 7:00 p.m. and provided that you use one of the following forms of payment: credit card, PayPal or cash on delivery *.
If the customer chooses to pay for the order by bank transfer or through an ATM *, we can only send the order once we have the payment confirmation from our bank, a process that can take up to 7 business days, depending on the country from which the transaction has been issued.

If any questions arise regarding the order (confirmation of the delivery address, payment verification, products out of stock, etc.), we will contact the customer by message via email. DELIVERY
Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the corresponding invoice, a tracking number and a link that allows you to track the order on the website of the transport company.
It is possible that, when the shipment confirmation with the corresponding tracking number is sent to the customer, no results will be obtained when trying to track the order on the Internet. It may take up to 24 hours for updated order tracking information on the carrier's website to be available after receiving the shipment confirmation email.
Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, with the exception of national or local holidays, at the delivery address indicated by the customer at the time of placing the order.
The customer can receive the order at any address he wishes (with the exception of PO boxes). To do this, you simply have to provide us with the address where you will be present between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. The chosen transport company will try to deliver the order to the address indicated by the customer.
